Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Soulwave Healer, ensuring your satisfaction is our top priority. We will issue you a full refund or replacement in the event:

You receive an incorrect or damaged product that differs from your order confirmation;
You return an unused product in original condition within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused with all original tags and paperwork. The product must be returned in original condition to receive a full refund or exchange otherwise deductions may apply.

Return Process:

Once returned items are received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for purchase on our site.

Exchanges:

If you would prefer an exchange versus refund, please indicate the specific replacement item you desire when you contact us. We happily exchange items given they are unused, undamaged, still carried in our shop and of equal or lesser value.
